Chicago personal injury lawyer Daniel M. Kotin obtained his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and obtained his B.A. from Boston College. He concentrates his legal practice in personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. Kotin has successfully litigated cases relating to the transportation industry, product liability, medical malpractice, and construction accidents.

Kotin currently serves as the first vice president of the Chicago Bar Association, where he will assume the role of the organization’s president in 2016. He recently completed his term as president of The Society of Trial Lawyers. Kotin is also a member of the Board of Managers for the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. He has presented at over 85 legal seminars across the country and is on the faculty at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He recently completed his term as president of the law school’s Board of Governors and is co-chair of its Circle of Advocates.
