Chicago Bar Association to Present Webcast on Trial Court Strategy for Appeals

On Monday, October 25, the Chicago Bar Association Trial Practice Committee will present a one-hour webcast on preparing a case at the trial court level for future appeals. The program, titled, "Now & Later: Trial Court Strategy for Appeals," will feature these esteemed speakers:

1. Justice Robert E. Gordon of the Illinois Appellate Court First District
2. CBA Trial Practice Committee Chair Judge Clare E. McWilliams of the Circuit Court of Cook County, and
3. Jonathan B. Amarilio of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP.
