Tim Tomasik Elected to Serve on the ABOTA Foundation Board of Trustees

Tomasik Kotin Kasserman, LLC is proud to announce that Tim Tomasik has been elected in a run-off election to serve on the ABOTA Foundation Board of Trustees in 2026. The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) is a national association committed to protecting and advancing the civil jury trial right guaranteed by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

Tim has been an ABOTA member since 2014 and has held numerous leadership roles within the organization. He served as President of the Illinois Chapter of ABOTA from 2020 to 2022, has been a member of the ABOTA National Board since 2017, and contributes to the Foundation through his work on both the Fundraising Committee and the Chapter Awards Committee. Last year, Tim received the Presidential Appointment to serve as a Trustee on the ABOTA Foundation Board of Trustees.

Tim’s longstanding dedication to ABOTA has strengthened his commitment to its mission and deepened his appreciation for the Foundation’s vital work. His continued involvement reflects his desire to support and expand the initiatives that have propelled the Foundation forward for many years.
