Tim Tomasik Teaching at the ABOTA National Trial College at Northwestern Law School

Attorney Timothy S. Tomasik, a founding partner of Tomasik Kotin Kasserman, LLC, will be serving as a member of the faculty of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) National Trial College. This program will take place at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in Chicago on August 2-7, 2026. The ABOTA National Trial College is an opportunity for young trial lawyers to receive intensive training on all aspects of civil jury trials. Classes are taught by highly experienced trial lawyers, including Mr. Tomasik. Students will learn about trial preparation techniques and how to advocate for clients effectively, and they will also be able to work with experienced expert witnesses. In addition to attending academic classes, students will compete in mock jury trials and receive critiques on their performance from faculty membrs. In addition to learning advanced trial practice techniques from experienced attorneys, participants in the National Trial College will have the opportunity to network with colleagues from across the country.
Timothy Tomasik has been a member of ABOTA since 2014, and he is deeply committed to protecting and advancing the right to civil jury trials while passing on his knowledge to future generations of trial lawyers. He currently serves on the ABOTA Foundation Board of Trustees, and he was the President of the Illinois Chapter of ABOTA from 2020 to 2022.
